We will set up 1 hour in-house design consultation to get to know you better and to go over the project details. 2. IN-HOME DESIGN CONSULTATION At the time of the design consultation, client and designer will go over the client’s wishes and main goals. It’s a perfect time for the client to share their vision about the space, ideas and inspiration with designer. 3. DESIGN PROPOSAL After the initial meeting, the written proposal will be sent. It will include the Project Outline and Designer’s Fees. 4. CONTRACT The Contract will be signed by both parties and the retainer collected. 5. PROGRAMMING The second meeting will be scheduled to obtain all the necessary information about the space, such measurements and photos. Depending on the project, the necessary information might be obtained at the same time as the initial meeting, eliminating the need for a second meeting. 6. DESIGN CONCEPT After all the necessary information is collected, the designer will start the design research and develop a “Design Concept” that is specific for the client’s need. Depending on the project, floor plans, 3D views and elevations could be included. During this stage, the designer will visit local showrooms, will perform thorough online research and will order all the fabric and material samples. 7. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT The designer will present the “Design Concept” to the client. If changes are requested, the designer will research an alternative option and make sure that the client is completely satisfied with all the final selections. 8. APPROVAL AND PAYMENT After all the changes have been made and the final “Design Concept” is approved by the Client, the Purchase Order and the Invoice will be sent to the Client. All orders will be placed after the full payment is received. 9. DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND FINAL TOUCHES The furniture and set up will be scheduled. The Designer will add and arrange the final accessories to make sure that the space is to the Client’s satisfaction and looks amazing. 10. FINAL PAYMENT/PICTURES/ REVIEWS Our goal is for you to absolutely love your new updates! The Final Invoice will be sent out and a professional photoshoot will be scheduled.
